These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through this site.
Shipping Charges
There is a standard charge of £1.50 per order.
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment.* Once posted your order will be handled by Royal Mail. For UK deliveries you should receive your order within 3 days. International delivery times will vary but normally should be received within 5-10 days.
* Working days are Monday – Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by Paypal account, credit and debit card payments via PayPal (no account needed).
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, you MUST contact us by email beforehand for authorisation and for a valid returns address by emailing funpatch@kaypictures.co.uk.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you may return your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt (cooling off period). However, we cannot accept returns of patches that have been used or worn in any way unless they are faulty. The inner packaging must be intact and unopened. Return postage is your responsibility.
If we have sent the wrong item by mistake we will send a replacement. Refunds for unwanted returned items will be made through Paypal or credited to your card, depending on how you paid.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, it is our policy to wait to receive confirmation and compensation from the Royal Mail before we issue a refund to you. Claims for UK deliveries cannot be made until after 15 working days have passed from the time your order was posted; for overseas orders, claims cannot be made until after 25 working days.

Design Variation
All Kay Fun Patches are hand sewn with careful attention paid to the colour of thread and elastic used to ensure a good colour match. Some pattern variation may occur in the fabric designs. In the event of a patch design being temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with alternative design options from our more extensive professional packs.
Intellectual Property
The content of the kayFunPatch.com website is protected by copyright, trademarks and registered design intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the KayFunPatch.com site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the KayFunPatch.com site without written permission from Kay Fun Patch.
No license is granted to you to use any design, trademark or copyright of Kay Fun Patch.com.
