How does the Kay Fun Patch attach to the glasses?
It has three buttonholes and an elastic strap to attach at the sides and through the nose piece, if there is one, or by the elastic if not. For full details please see the instructions.
What size of glasses will the Kay Fun Patch fit?
The patches are designed to fit most young children's glasses frames and can be adjusted when attached to achieve the best possible fit.
Can I swap the patch between different glasses?
Yes, the patch is easily removed and re-fitted to different frames.
Do I need to say which eye the patch is for?
Most patch designs can be used on either eye, but we ask you to choose right or left when ordering in case that design works best in a particular orientation.
Is the Kay Fun Patch washable?
Yes. It can be hand washed with mild detergent in cool water and air dried.
Will the patch stick to the face?
No. The soft cotton fabric just touches around the outside of the eye area to ensure proper occlusion.
Can I pay by telephone, rather than online?
Yes, Please email your order first then contact us by phone during office hours with your card payment details. See the contact page here.
How much do the patches cost to deliver?
There is a standard carriage charge of £1.50 for up to 5 patches, applying to all delivery destinations.
How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours, which will usually be sent by first class mail. Please contact us if your order needs to be sent more urgently. There will be an additional shipping charge for an express service.
